At Vapestudio.pk, we work hard to ensure you receive only fresh, authentic, and sealed vape juice products. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Due to the nature of our products (sealed consumables), we only accept returns if:
You received the wrong item
The product was damaged or leaked during shipping
The item is expired upon arrival
To be eligible for a return:
You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product
The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
You must provide clear pictures or video proof of the issue
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or store credit.
We do not exchange products based on personal taste preferences. Please review flavor descriptions carefully before ordering.
If the mistake is on our end (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning for any other reason, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at vapestudio.pk@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
Include your Order Number and issue details
Attach photos or videos showing the problem clearly
Wait for our support team to respond within 1–2 business days
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used vape juice bottles
Items without original packaging
Sale or promotional items
Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
We aim to build a trustworthy and satisfying experience for every vaper in Pakistan. If we ever fall short, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds, store credit, or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
